4 weeks...student still can't log on

I have a student who was given a school computer. She has not been able to log into Canvas. I have reset her password twice. She has brought her laptop into the school. She is still not able to log in.

Hi Joy - One common mistake is using the correct URL for your institution. Does the student have the correct URL? If they go to canvas.instructure.com (or any other Canvas URL), their credentials won't work. Have they connected with your tech support team for other assistance?
