404 Error

I’m getting the following message when clocking on Bluejeans link:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist (404)

Status: 404,

Error-message: Couldn't find User without an ID,

Error-code: 56a37568-c5b2-4f6e-bafe-22be35a819a9,

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

As far as I know the Error 404 indicates a dead link. Error 404 not found - What does it mean & how to fix it! - IONOS

Hi PoL,

 @Bobby2 is spot on, this may be a misconfiguration that your lecturer can help with, however, from what I can see it may also be something that your School's Technology Services department needs to assist with (looking at where the tool is placed it may be a wider problem). I had a little dig and you can contact them via this page Contact Us - Grace School of Theology  to let them know it is not working.

Here are some ways you can try to resolve a 404 error:
Double-check the URL you've entered, especially if you typed it by hand.
Refresh the webpage.
Use Google (or a similar search engine) to try and find the page again.
Try to get there on another device.
Use the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.
