500 (Internal Server Error) on Canvas LMS Quizzes

We're having complications taking the any quiz on the Canvas LMS App. 

The complication is the 'NEXT' button is taking individuals to a page error instead of the next question. However, if you go to the upper right hand side and click on each labeled question, it will take you to the next question.

The problem is a 500 (internal server error).

 @wmoore13 , greetings! My recommendation for an issue like this is to contact Canvas Support to see if they can help. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
