A few things on my canvas do not work

Good evening,

I am having trouble opening a few pages on canvas. I am able to log into Canvas. Once I log in, I am unable to see the Discussions page. I also cannot access Discussions by clicking on the tab if it appears on the Home page. In one of my courses, when I select a tab on the left of the page, it redirects me to the page but no information is shown on the screen. The Assignments pages also do not work: nothing shows up on the page when I click it. The People page also does not work. 

The only page I can access is the Modules page. 

In short, most of the pages are blank, the only options that show are my sidebar, and the links to "People, Discussions, Assignments" etc. but the content is not shown. 

However, everything works on the App. 

I am also able to access Canvas through the PCs and Macs in the library at the University. 

Furthermore, I wanted to get help from the support team, but= when I click on "Help" in Canvas, it redirects me to the Canvas official website. 

What could be the problem?

I understand how this must feel for you. Perhaps it is the browser you are using.

Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?  
Check your browser compatibility: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12293-67952720329   

Note that *Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.*
Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? , but your school’s support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for

additional troubleshooting assistance.
