We have a unique situation were our Chemistry department is trying to coordinate make-up labs for multiple sections in the Scheduler (Appointment Groups) feature of the calendar. We have everything setup so that 8 students across any of those sections can sign-up for the make-up lab time.
However, once multiple students sign-up, the instructor cannot tell which sections each student is associated. They need this information in order to communicate between the instructors covering the make-up sessions and the primary instructor in which that student is enrolled.
Any thoughts on this and/or even other tools to explore would be greatly appreciated.
