About the "Student Groups" Group Set

So I accidentally allowed the option for students to make their own groups separately from projects. I"m not sure how this came about, but I've disabled it. However, the Group Set is still there. Note this is the Group Set, not the groups themselves.

Since I have absolutely no intention of allowing them to organize their own groups like this (for the time being), it would be handy for organizational purposes to actually remove the entire group set. Is it possible? Or is it stuck there forever?

Although the instructions really don't describe how to do this, there is a screen shot in this Guide that shows how you can delete an entire Group Set. How do I edit a group set in a course?

Well, I am mistaken...  instructions to delete the Group Set are actually described in this Guide: How do I view all groups in a course as an instructor?
