Can a student who enrolls in a course after I have posted an announcement see the announcement when the enrollment is complete?

Yes, if you keep your "Announcements" course navigation button enabled within your Canvas course, the student who was enrolled in the course later than other students should still be able to read your announcements.  Does this help to answer your question?

You can also go into your course Settings and toggle recent Announcements on the home page (all the way at the bottom). That way, regardless of when students join, they see announcements they may have missed.
