Assignment Video Response

We had multiple 1st grade students record themselves and try to submit their video reponse to an assignment and the videos would not load or render in Canvas. We used the native tool and out 8 of 22 students were able to successfully submit the assignment with the video. The others would never load. Ideas? The interenet is fine. Is the video too long?

Did you find a solution for this.  Honestly, the first thing that came to mind for me was also the upload speed and consistency of the internet.  I know I've been struggling with myself with so many people online in our neighborhood right now.
