Audio not working for some students?

I posted an audio clip in an assignment for students to listen and respond to. While most students are able to hear the clip, a handful have told me they just see a gray box and cannot hear anything. Any idea on how to fix this?

Is there any chance the students having problems are all using Safari as their web browser?  If so, the media files could be getting block because of a new security measure in one of the more recent releases of Safari.  The easiest solution in this case would be to ask them to use Chrome or Firefox to see if that corrects the problem.  If you want to see how they can modify their Safari settings to allow it to work, check out my 2nd reply in this posting which also has an image showing where they can change the settings https://community.canvaslms.com/thread/48102-quiz-images-appear-as-big-locks-even-though-the-permiss...
