Authorization for WebEx

I'm trying to create Cisco WebEx virtual meetings for my students through the Canvas interface.  In the setup tab, I confirmed that the "Authorized with LMS" says Authorized.  I switched tabs to Virtual meetings and click "New Meeting".  I type in the requisite information and click submit and I get a "Your webex authorization has expired. Please reauthorize webex." Any suggestions?

Someone at my institution is having the same issue. Were you able to resolve this?

I actually just determined the solution by having the person log out of the Webex Education Connector from within the Canvas course, then log back in. The error goes away. I've attached a screenshot of what the button looks like after you click into Webex within Canvas. It's not a very prevalent button.
