I understand what you are saying...but our IT department consists of one
person who is new and is busy learning other things. They have asked me to
help teachers with Canvas and any issues we have and so I am trying to do
my best to bridge this gap.
Hi @mccoskey You might find out who your Canvas customer support manager is and give this person a call. They may be able to discuss the information that would be needed to determine if grade passback is possible and if so what next steps would be. This may take a little pressure off of the new IT person and give you a way to plan next steps.
