A couple of things may have been missed in the setup:
- When creating the conference, ensure you check the option that you want the conference recorded
- Once you join the conference, ensure you've clicked the record button at the top of the interface
If you've done both of those things, confirm that BBB isn't having a situation that affects recordings (you can view their status page here).
