Blank page in the zoom tab in firefox

Hi I'm trying to access the zoom tab on canvas but it is completely blank. It is only the zoom tab everything else works as normal just not zoom and it's the same in every class. I'm using Firefox if that has something to do with it.

Not really sure what to tell you on this one.  Have you checked with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they have any thoughts on this?  I'm assuming that they were the ones that added the Zoom/Canvas LTI external app integration into your school's Canvas environment.  Please keep us posted here in the Community...thanks!
