I have assigned my students some reading and practice from CK12. I have it integrated into Canvas and the submission is from an "external tool".
One student does not see a button for turning the assignment in. He completed the practice (sent me a screenshot), but his score doesn't show up in the gradebook. When I click on the CK12 report (a screen shot of the report is below...not showing student names) I see every student on the roster except for this student.
How is he able to access the assignment through Canvas, but somehow not integrated into the CK12 "class"? How to I fix it?
