Hi,
We have had a lot of turnover in our technology department and we no longer have access or know the contact for our CSM. We are attempting to transition from our legacy canvas integration to the API+ integration, but since we have no contact for CSM we can't do it. Is there somewhere we can find access to our CSM? I've opened Canvas tickets before and I get no response, which is incredibly frustrating. We may need to update the entire structure of who has access to things but are currently at a loss of how to access this information. I'm trying here in the hope that someone else sees it and can help us connect with whomever we are supposed to be connected with because general tickets don't seem to work.
