Can't find the school when downloading app

I am trying to download the app to my iPhone, however it cannot find the school, so I can not download it. 

I get a button that says "find my school", I type in University of Rio Grande. It does pop up the name of the school, but when i click on the school name, it says "page not found, Whoops looks like nothing is here" .

Any advise on how to download this app would be appreciated.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue! Have you tried the QR option? Does that allow the app to open correctly?
