Can't see images in an imported quiz from Canvas Commons

I imported a quiz that had images in each question from Canvas Commons yesterday. Some students can see the images fine and have completed the quiz. Other students can't see the images, they just see an image icon. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you!

I had a neighbor having similar issues the other day and we tracked it down to Which browsers does Canvas support?‌. She downloaded Chrome and everything displayed perfectly.  Would you check that you're using a supported browser.
