Can't view an .imscc file

I uploaded a testbank to canvas (*.imscc) but cant view it or utilize it. What am i missing

That file type, imscc, must be imported into the course through the Import Course Content option.   You can find instructions for this at https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12783-415241324
