Can you take a cut-off score into account when using Canvas Quizzes?

Hopefully, the translation "cut-off score" is correct (in Dutch it is called a "cesuur"). Last week, students of a certain course had to take an exam which had 85 questions, 100 points in total. The acquired score is translated very directly into a grade (55 points is a 5.5). We would like to set-up the grading in such a way that students will get a 5,5 when they, for example, scored 60% of the points. Is it possible to configure this within Canvas?
