Cannot log into Report a Canvas Problem

Hi,

I need to report an issue to canvas, but I couldn't log into the website of Report a Canvas Problem. It showed my ID is not a valid user in the system. I don't know who should I turn to to solve the issue asap.

Hi,  @xinxingrtps  and  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Since you aren't able to log into your Canvas account, I found this page on your school's website that might give you the means to send an email or make a phone call: The New School Information Technology.
