I am currently using the free teacher version of Canvas for a Geometry class. We have had issues with internet connect at our school, but since it is finally working in my classroom, I have been having problems getting all students logged into Canvas. We have attempted to reset passwords, but we never receive an email back. For some students, they get an error message when trying to download their unique QR code, have reached out to technical support, but never received anything back. I am just trying to get the full class on board and it is difficult when we don't get responses back from Canvas representatives. What can I do?
Specific Issues: 1.Students are not getting emails when prompted to reset password. 2. QR code download keeps giving an error message for some student accounts. 3. Student log ins are not working for the Canvas app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@changoff Please make sure that your students are requesting their password resets through the specific instance in which they're enrolled (it will either be canvas.instructure.com or k12.instructure.com) and that they're checking their junk/spam folders for the password reset emails.
