Hello, I have a teacher who has her students share their Canvas/Drive folder with her, so she can see their work in progress--when they shared the folder, she created a shortcut in her Drive and renamed the folder for better identification.
But now it looks as though Canvas is creating new, addition folders for the students. There is the older that was renamed and the new one that has the actual course and code name, and all the new material is going into this new folder.
Has anyone see this before? Is this happening because the folder was renamed?
Also, the student shared this second folder with the teacher, and the teacher can see the folder in her Shared Drive, but not the documents that were created through the Google Cloud assignment. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thank you, Leigh
