I've followed the directions for creating PS Pro assignment categories and configuring the Canvas course settings but my PS Pro categories are not importing into Canvas course. Strangely a category from last school year imported but not the ones I made last week. Today is the second day of the new school year. I don't think its a naming problem ("Production_PS19"). Where might the problem be?

Second, it looks like you have stumped the Canvas Community. Were you able to find an answer to your question? We finally got hold of Canvas and suddenly it started working. Although they didn't communicate any fix to me I assume they pushed some button that got passback working for us?
I too am having the same issue. I have continued to try to sync, but I'm getting a different teacher's categories. Any ideas on how to fix this?
