Canvas Settings for Examsoft SAML so course info will be copied from Canvas to Examsoft

Our institution recently activated a SAML functionality between Canvas and Examsoft, which is an assessment management system. Part of the integration is that when we publish the courses to Canvas, they will get copied into Examsoft from Canvas.
I have a situation where 11 courses with nearly identical names (diffrentiated by 1A, 1B, 1C, and so on) were generated in Canvas but only 10 of those 11 courses were generated in Examsoft from Canvas.
The tech from Examsoft had a question that I don't know how to answer:
- "Are all the students set to 'active'?
To the best of my knowledge, if a user is enrolled as a student in a published course and that course is currently within it's start and end dates for the term, the course, and the course section, that student should be "active".
