I'm trying to configure and install my Zoom / Studio app for automatic upload of cloud recordings, but I'm stuck on the last step where I should be able to authorize the app in Zoom. Instead of everything working and all the permissions being authorized I obtain a "missing parameter state" error.
I've gone through all the URLs, events and scopes to see if I've configured things incorrectly, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
Check the last steps in the guide found here relating to viewing app activation options:

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello @john_dimaria
Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with integrating Zoom. The missing parameter state error message is likely tied to the URLs you are using, although I understand you've checked them. You should verify and make absolutely sure that these match up exactly to the URLs on your school and Canvas:
Redirect for OAuth -
Add Allows List -
Event Notification Endpoint URL -
If they are all correct, you may want to contact Zoom and/or Canvas support directly but I would recommend starting with Zoom since this is their app and error message.

Hi @greydon !
Thanks for the reply. I've had a look at the URLs but it looks like everything is correct. I was basing everything off of the Zoom Conference documentation provided by the Arconaut - https://documentation.instructuremedia.com/api/docs/1.0.html
I have tickets open with Zoom and Canvas support as well.
I'll quote Leia on this one "Help me Canvas Community, you're my only hope!"

@KatieSmithJAA, it seems that for Canvas and ZOOM support the problem is not theirs.
Unfortunately we were not successful. I am in doubt if our Manager really wants our success!
In Brazil, from December 15th to January 31st, schools are on vacation.
The academic team is expected to address the issue in 01st February.
