Canvas app does not open

Hi, I'm having problems with the Canvas app on my Xiaomi Redmi 6, when I open it it loads a little and then closes. I've cleared the cache, restarted the phone, uninstalled the app several times and the problem still persists. The only way to open it is by looking through the play store and opening it there, however it is a very boring and time-consuming process. Would you help me?

This is hard to diagnose without seeing the phone. I would highly suggest you contact your local Canvas support to take a more hands-on investigation. In the meantime, I have two suggestions:

1. Check out the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cl5n05LyRU
2. Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date. It appears you are using Android 9. If you can upgrade to 10 or 11.
