Ever since I moved, my canvas will not load on my MacBook without connecting to a VPN first. I have tried everything I can think of, (updated browsers, tried safari, chrome, and Firefox, turned off extensions and blocking settings.) I cannot even access this forum on the laptop, but on my iPad it works fine, which is on the same network, it is just the one device. There is almost nothing left I can think of, anybody have any ideas?
@Elifi I apologize that no one has responded to your question before now. That said, it's not likely that the members of this global forum would be able to assist with what sounds like a device issue. How did you ultimately resolve it?
