The captivate classic lessons that I have on canvas (Free account) will no longer play. Some lessons are several years old, some were new in 2024. When we try to open the lessons, they initiate the spinning circle that signals it is starting, but it just revolves indefinitely without opening the lesson.
I've tried uploading new files with no success. I've cleared my cache and updated browsers. It does the same on the work computer and on my home computer. I tried making a clean new course with no other files, but with the same results.
We do have a one drive here at work. The lessons were all uploaded from the computer hard drive rather than the one drive though.
Has there been a change to the process to upload captivate? Any ideas on what to try?
