Changing from Blue to Red Canvas

Does anyone know how to change my free account from BLUE Canvas to RED Canvas? I accidentally did blue, and tried to sign up for red, but of course, the email is already in use, mind!  Thanks?

Hi Carol -

When you create a Canvas Account, you should be able to use the same email across all of the apps -- Student, Teacher, Parent -- without too many issues. Rather than signing up for a new account, try using the same information you used with the blue Canvas Parent app as you sign in to the red Canvas Student app. What happens?
