Clicking/Viewing an announcement/conversations leads to Blank/Empty Page

Recently I use my laptop to use canvas, what I only can see is homepage. I want to see the announcement page, people and conversation page, I am attempting to open any specific page in a blank white page. I've tried troubleshooting by clearing the cookies, logging out and restarting my device, but the issue persists. I also tried, checking the settings, and it is all in default. And it just loads and then leads to a blank/empty white page again. It has been 3 days until now.

@YaWenTsai Can you tell me what kind of device you are using and the operating system? Have you tried alternative browsers? If so, do you know if they are up to date and meet Canvas' browser requirements?
If you meet all requirements and are not able to load these pages properly in any browser, I would recommend reaching out to your UI campus IT support center and Canvas technical support.
