Commons Courses Not Opening--404 error

Commons Courses Not Opening--404 error

I am on a PC using Chrome. When I open a course in Commons I get a 404 Page not found error.

If I use Edge on the same PC or Chrome on a Mac the course loads.

Any ideas?

We just had this happened, and it turned out to be a Chrome extension called "Blocker" (or something like that), but it could possibly be other security/privacy settings blocking 3rd party cookies, since Commons content is coming from a different domain than Canvas content.
