Commons Error "Incomplete response received from application"

About 30 days ago, all of our users began receiving an error "Incomplete response received from application" when trying to access Commons. We are hosted by Canvas. I've logged a ticket, but Canvas doesn't seem to be able to provide clarity on the issue OR how to solve it.
Any ideas ?
