Delay?

I have students taking a test but when they finish and submit, it is not showing up in my grade book. How long of a delay is it? It has been 2+ hours for some students.

Honestly, it should happen so quick as to be the next best to instantaneous. So..............

• Are you sure the students submitted?
• Have you tried refreshing your browser page?

If none of that works, then I strongly suggest opening a support ticket.
