Determine quiz changes

Hello

I'm wondering if there is a log or a way to determine when changes were made to a quiz and/or question question? We have an issue where a correct answer is being marked as incorrect and I'm wanting to determine if/when the question might have been changed.

What we've done in cases like this is contact Canvas Support. They can access and see things even admins can't and have been able to tell us more detailed information about who made specific changes in a course.

Hi  @tiffany_morgan ‌,

You can always try checking via the Course changes on your Admin Tools Console if you're the admin. https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10763-4214179318 

It may show up there as a manual change. If it doesn't, Canvas support has some super powers and can look into that for you as well. THanks Roxanne. Unfortunately that didn't give me the level of detail that I needed. Since I knew the change I was looking for was made by one of two users, I checked the user logs to see when each accessed the quiz in question. I also voted for this idea that lays out recommendations for Robust logging:
