Hello there, @GrattanBrownTC ...

Most of the links that you've shared in your question are ones that the majority of Canvas Community users cannot access...because we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment(s).  And, although I tried using the two links you shared from the Canvas Commons resources, I was only brought to the Commons home page and not to the specific resources that you are trying to import into your own course(s).  You may need to do some troubleshooting with your school's local Canvas administrator on this one since we do not have access to your Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.  However, you should be able to import any content from Canvas Commons into your course(s) following the information in this Guide: How do I import and view a Commons resource in Can... - Instructure Community.  Hopefully this will help a bit.  Sing out if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
