Discrepancy between quiz points

On one quiz, I am told this:

Quiz Type

Graded Quiz

Points

102.75

However, when I open the file to edit the points so that it reflects 100 points, I see this:

Points 100 Published

What's going on here? This is driving me nuts.

Fixed: It was a small error: one group asked for more questions than I had written into the group, so it skewed everything.
