DocViewer Annotating not working, but in only 1 of my shells HELP

I am trying to grade papers using the Crocodoc/DocViewer (whatever the correct name is) annotation tool, and in ONE of my classes (but not the other two), it is NOT available. The student documents are Word documents (.doc and .docx), so I highly doubt it is the file type. Again, this is for one of my classes--it is working fine in the other classes. It was also working fine until today when I logged in, but just in this class. I am using Chrome as a browser. This is time sensitive. I really need to be able to use this feature "5 minutes ago". Please advise.
