Dropped links during importing from another Canvas course

Why do imported course materials lose the links? How do I "re-link" them after the importing is done?

 @carol_bridgwate , greetings! When you say links, what types of content are these links going to? I copy courses over pretty frequently and never "lose the links," so I'm trying to figure out what the links should be going to to maybe see if that's making a difference.

Unit page links to various task (assignments to complete, etc.), links to power points. Not every single link is broken, but it goes straight to "Page not Found" bomb when they are no longer linked. Here is an example below where students have a tasks each day. When importing this Genetics Unit many of the links to the modules no longer work and it's not due to the dates.

Is it possible that you changed the title/name of any of the content you were linking to? If so, then yes, the links will break. I ask this because I've had it happen to me a number of times. So it's not that the links didn't copy over correctly, it's that I updated/tweaked a name on something and broke the link.
