Editing a custom made rubric....

When I click on Outcomes to go into edit a custom made rubric, like the instructions tell me, a blank screen pops up.  I do not have an option to click on manage rubrics or any options, it is blank.

It looks like your question has stumped the Community! We are hopeful that by now you've been able to resolve this; perhaps it was an issue with an out-of-date browser?
