Eportfolio free tool

Hello,
In the university where I work, we are testing the free eportfolio tool in our test Canvas environment. At the moment this tool is not enabled in our production site.From the testing, I have noticed the following issues:

1) Comments added by users to pages and sections of the eportfolio are not downladed as part of the zip file.

2) Moderation process for administrators: despite the fact that there are several eportfolios in the Canvas test environment, as an administrator, I cannot see any eportfolios if I go to the menu "Eportfolio moderation" in the administration page for the root account.

Are these two issues also happening in production sites?

Hi there, @m_garcia1 ...

Rather than using the ePortfolio feature in Canvas, have you investigated the Portfolium product which is also integrated with Canvas?  Portfolium - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)  For example, when logged in to your Canvas account, click on your "Account" button in your left-hand global navigation menu.  Do you have an option for "Folio"?  This gets you access to Portfolium ... which has, in my opinion, a better user interface and many more options, than the Canvas ePortfolio interface.  If you do not have that "Folio" link, you might want to reach out to your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they are aware of this?  They could reach out to their assigned Customer Success Manager team at Instructure to see if Portfolium could be added to your school's Canvas environment.

Thanks for your replying. I don't have the option of "Folios" as I am testing the eportfolio tool in the Canvas test instance. It seems that the moderation page for administrators apply to folios then.
