I am trying to import content from the iCEV platform in the form of a Common Cartridge. Everything shows up in my modules and looks fine until I try to open something. I get the error message, "Couldn't find valid settings for this link." Any suggestions?

Hi @VALERIEELTON,
If you have exported your lesson from iCEV as common cartridge and attempted to import it (also documented by Instructure/Canvas in How do I import content from Common Cartridge into Canvas?) into Canvas and are experiencing problems, there is probably something wrong on the iCEV side.
I would recommend reaching out to either your institution's support team or to iCEV Support.

Hi @VALERIEELTON,
As a Canvas admin for quite a few years, my experience is that exact error message means the assignment is configured as an "external tool" type, but that you don't have the correct external tool installed at the course or account level. I'd definitely reach out to iCEV support as @dbrace suggested so they can tell you what external tools may need to be installed/configured. Depending on your role and permissions in Canvas, you may be able to install the tools yourself or you may need to talk to the primary Canvas administrator for your school/institution to do that.
Hope this helps!
