I'm getting this error message when my students submit their answers in a PDF and I try to open it.

Any errors are best submitted to our Canvas support team so they can investigate, and they can expedite this behavior to our engineering teams if needed. Your institution may have a specific method for submitting support cases—see what they prefer by going to your Global Navigation Menu and selecting the Help link. There should be an option that allows you to report a problem (or something similar).
