In lockdown browser students are not supposed to be able to get out of the quiz, but when they click on a picture I have put in from flickr it takes them to flickr. Can they then get to other sites from the flickr tab?

From my experience, no, they cannot navigate beyond the link that the picture takes them to because there are no navigation tools (URL bar, etc.) in RLDB.
