HAC not working

I  log into HAC to see my son's grades like I normally have been doing and it not doing anything.

Can't look at his attendance or his grades in his courses.

What is going on with this?

Hello Andrew,

The Canvas Community is a public discussion board for Canvas users from different schools all around the world.  We don't have any connection to your school or any access to the school's version of Canvas, and don't even know what "HAC" is, so I'm afraid we don't have any information about specific resources at the school.

You will probably want to contact the Help Desk at the school to find out about the availability or grades and attendance.
