I am in the process of setting up our Canvas site for implementation this summer. Have you changed the default email notification"from" Setting? This would show when students receive an email from Canvas. I'm considering changing from, "Instructure Canvas" to something like "SVCC Canvas".
What does your institution do?
This setting is found in the admin settings under the notification tab.
@gnoack , inasmuch as your question is specific to something only admins can do, I've shared it with the Canvas Admins group.
