How do I extend the "Available Until" date for an assignment after the original Available Until date has past?

Hi  @bobsloop ...

I *think* you should be able to edit the "Until" date for your assignment just like you would with other assignment dates.  Are you not able to edit the date at all?  Can you share a screen shot of what you are seeing for that assignment that is not allowing you to change the date?  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon...thanks!
