How can I get an live-events-subscription-service to subscribe wekhooks for canvas-lms

Hello,

I try to subscribe to canvas  webhooks for an  LTI2 tool. (I'm using canvas-lms stable brach on github installed on my server). 

But to create the subscription, canvas (the file live_events_subscription_service.rb) do a request on an external tool (with a app-host set by default to "http://les.docker").

How can I get this "live-events-subscription-service" on an canvas-lms installation ?
