Hello,

There are probably several ways to do this, but I think using the "discussion" is the easiest.
To prevent it from counting toward student's storage quotas, set it as a graded discussion.

When following @J_Kurosaki's guidance, which is something that I recommend for "courses" that we have for clubs and non-academic purposes, unless you want the graded discussion to count towards a student's file grade, make sure to set the graded discussion so that it is worth 0 points.
