How do I access my course if it's not letting me?

I registered to take my Abuse Inservice 2 course for my CNA and I think it locked me out because it won't let me click on the link, can you please unlock it?

Hi  @taytaycreswell1  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

You have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users who only have access to their own accounts and courses, and are not Canvas support folks, except maybe at their own schools.

You will need to contact your Canvas Admin/Support Department at your own school for assistance with this. You might also try using the Help Menu in your Canvas account, and instead of selecting "Ask the Community", you would select "Report a Problem". Many schools run those support tickets through their own departments first, then to Canvas Support.
