How do I consolidate custom course navigation links?

Our university has added 6 custom links to course and user navigation. It is quite a few and makes course and user navigation very cumbersome because they are soooo long. I am trying to figure out a way to consolidate those links into one link that takes them to another page to select which resource they want to visit. I figured an LTI was the answer, but I am having trouble figuring out what exactly to do. I have created some custom links in the past with the XML configuration builder provided at Edu-Apps, and I have had success with it in the past. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for us?
